- Administering standardized assessments including: Functional Independence Measure, ROM/MMT, 9-Hole Peg Test, Hand-Held Dynamometer/Grip Strength, and MoCA
- Daily documentation, evaluation & discharge documentation with Electronic Health Record Software (EPIC)
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including Doctors, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Nurses & Nurse Technicians, and Social Workers to provide quality, patient-centered care.
- Attending patient care meetings, discharge meetings, and family trainings.
- Attending monthly rehabilitation staff meetings
