Project 2: An Acute OT Evaluation Reference Guide. Riverside Medical Center places an emphasis on going paperless when possible. Having an evaluation reference guide during acute evaluations gives therapist a quick guide outlining what to gather during the evaluation process. This reference guide allows therapist to plan and make client-centered recommendations to support engagement and participation in occupational therapy.
